What this tool does
Teachable's Starter plan charges a 7.5% transaction fee on every sale, while the Builder, Growth and Advanced plans charge none. Payment processing through teachable:pay runs 2.9% + $0.30 for US cards (more for international cards and PayPal), and using your own Stripe gateway instead adds a 2% integration fee.

If you connect your own Stripe account as a custom payment gateway instead of teachable:pay, Teachable adds a 2% integration fee on those sales on top of your Stripe processing.
