DMCA & Copyright

MasterTool respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on mastertool.dev infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@mastertool.dev with the subject "Copyright/DMCA".

Your notice must include

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
2. The exact URL(s) on mastertool.dev where the material appears.
3. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Valid notices will be actioned promptly, which may include removing or disabling access to the material. Repeat infringers will be addressed, including permanent removal of their content.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed in error, email a counter-notice to contact@mastertool.dev identifying the material, its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake.
