What this tool does
Vrbo's pay-per-booking model charges a flat 12% commission that already includes payment processing, applied to the rental amount plus your host fees like cleaning and pet fees. Taxes and refundable deposits aren't commissioned but do carry a 3% processing charge. The alternative annual-subscription listing pays no commission, just 3% processing, plus the yearly fee.

Frequently asked questions
