Frequently asked questions
6% commission on sales under $120 (with a $1.99 minimum) and 9% on sales of $120 or more, plus separate payment processing of 3.49% + $0.49 domestic or 4.99% + $0.49 international.
The commission rate jumps from 6% to 9% at $120, so a $120 sale actually pays more commission ($10.80) than a $119 sale ($7.14) — worth remembering when you set or accept offers near the threshold.
On sales under $120 the 6% commission can't fall below $1.99, so a $20 sale pays $1.99 rather than $1.20.
No. You pay commission and processing only when an item sells.
No — Grailed lists payment processing as a separate deduction, which is why this calculator shows the two as separate lines.
